10 Steps to exiting Iraq Gracefully

1. Raise the price of bullets in Iraq to $1,000 per box.
2. Make a law that gives border security the power to shoot bullet smugglers on
sight and confiscate the bullets.
3. Pay border security agents a LARGE salary.
4. Move 50% of US/Brit forces to the borders.
5. Wait 3 months.
6. Declare win and move troops to oil fields.
7. Send rest of troops to Afghanistan.
8. Rinse and repeat there.
9. Bring troops home.
10. Elect President that won't invade sovereign nations.
